We become your print &
promotional department.
One-off orders are fine. But if you're hiring, opening locations, running events or handing out awards on a schedule, the transaction model wastes everybody's time. A program means your specs live with us, and reordering stops being a project.
Company Apparel Programs
Approved garments, approved logo placements, approved colors. Anyone in your organization can order and it always comes out looking the same.
Employee Name Tag Programs
Send a name, get a tag. Same font, same layout, same attachment as the last hundred — no re-specifying every time somebody starts.
New Hire Kits
Polo, tee, cap, name tag, business cards — assembled and ready on day one. One line item on the invoice, one box on the desk.
Promotional Product Programs
Pre-agreed items and pricing for your trade shows, giveaways and client gifts. Draw down against it as you need to.
Awards & Recognition Programs
Service anniversaries, retirements, safety milestones. We hold the template and the artwork — you send names and dates.
Recurring Printing
Forms, cards, menus, letterhead on a standing schedule. It shows up before you notice you're low.
Direct Mail Programs
Monthly or quarterly drops, printed, addressed and taken to the post office. Same route, new offer.
Company Stores
A private storefront your employees order from directly. You stop being the middleman on every shirt request.

We agree the spec
Garments, colors, logo placements, materials, sizes. Written down once, referenced forever.
We hold your artwork
Print files, embroidery files, color breakdowns — all on file in your account, ready to pull.
You order in a click
Reorder button, quick order, spreadsheet upload, or your own storefront. No re-explaining.
We keep it consistent
Same file, same placement, same colors. Order six months apart and they still match.
Built for how organizations actually buy
Schools, districts, fire companies and municipalities don't pay with a personal card. The account handles that.
- Purchase orders — enter a PO number at checkout, we invoice against it
- Net 30 terms on approved accounts
- Tax exemption — ST-119 on file, applied automatically
- Multiple users with spend limits and approval routing
- Consolidated invoicing — one statement, not fourteen receipts
- ACH with no processing fee over $500
Is a program worth it for us?
Rough rule: if you place more than four orders a year, or more than one person in your organization asks for branded things, yes.
Is there a fee?
No. A program is a way of working, not a subscription. You pay for what you order.
Do we have to commit to volume?
No minimum commitment. Larger standing volumes do earn better pricing — we'll tell you when you cross a threshold rather than waiting for you to ask.
What if we already have a vendor for part of it?
That's fine and common. Most accounts start with one category and add others once they've seen how it goes.
Who owns the artwork?
You do. If you leave, we'll hand over your production files. We'd rather earn the next order than hold your logo hostage.
Let's set your account up.
Fifteen minutes on the phone and we'll know whether this makes sense for you.
