Buy once, draw down as you need it

We'll hold your stock
and build your kits.

Order at volume pricing, leave it here, and pull from it as you hire. We assemble the kits, pack them and ship or hold them for pickup. Nothing sits in a closet at your office and nobody has to guess sizes twelve months out.

The problem

Volume pricing versus actually needing it

The price break is at 144 pieces. You need 30 now and maybe 90 more over the year. So you either pay the 30-piece price four times, or you buy 144 and find somewhere to put eleven boxes.

Then someone leaves, the sizes are wrong, and there's a carton of 3XLs nobody will ever wear.

The alternative

Buy the 144, take the 30

You get the volume price. We keep the balance on a shelf here with your name on it. When you hire someone, you pull a kit — one polo, one tee, one cap, one name tag, boxed and ready.

Your account shows what's left and tells you before you run out.

How It Works

Step 1

Agree the kit

What goes in it, which garments, which sizes, how it's packed. Written down once so every kit is identical.

Step 2

Produce at volume

One production run at the best price break. Decoration, name tags and printing all done together.

Step 3

We hold it

Racked and counted at our shop. You see live quantities in your account, by size.

Step 4

Pull as needed

Request a kit, we build and ship it — often same day. Direct to the employee's home if you like.

What People Actually Store Here

New hire kits

Polo, tee, cap, name tag and business cards, boxed and ready on day one. The most common program we run, and the easiest to justify.

Uniform stock

A size run of decorated garments held on the shelf so a replacement takes a day, not three weeks.

Trade show crates

Table throw, banner stand, signage and giveaways packed in one crate. We ship it to the show and take it back afterwards.

Client gift programs

Gifts assembled, wrapped and drop-shipped to a list you send. Seasonal or year-round.

Printed stock

Business cards, forms, letterhead and brochures printed at volume, released in batches so they don't go stale in a cupboard.

Blank name tags

Pre-made blanks in your format. A new hire's tag gets engraved and out the door the same day.

Straight answers

What it costs and what it doesn't

Is there a storage fee?

Not for normal volumes on an active account. If you want us to hold several pallets long-term, that's a conversation — but a few cartons of shirts and a shelf of name tag blanks is just part of running your program.

What's the minimum to make this worth it?

Roughly: if you hire more than about a dozen people a year, or you reorder the same decorated garment more than twice, holding stock beats reordering. Below that you're usually better off just ordering as you go, and we'll say so.

Who owns the inventory?

You do, from the moment it's produced and invoiced. It's your stock on our shelf. If you ever want it, we box it up and you take it.

What if sizes turn out wrong?

That's the real risk with buying ahead, so we push size samplers before a first run. Decorated apparel generally can't be resold, but holding stock actually reduces the problem — you're committing to a size spread once rather than guessing per order.

Can you ship to individual employees?

Yes. Send a name and address, or connect it to a company store and let them order directly. Kits go out in your packaging if you want them to.

How do we know what's left?

Your account shows live counts by item and size, and flags anything running low before it runs out.

Pairs well with

Kitting is usually one part of a wider program rather than a standalone service.
