6.5×9, 6×11 or 8.5×11. Bigger cards cost more to print but hit the same postage tier — usually worth it.
Design it
Upload finished artwork, or have us design it. We know the USPS rules on address blocks and indicia so it doesn't get rejected.
Choose who gets it
Select EDDM routes on a map, or hand over your list. We'll tell you roughly how many households that is.
We print and prep
Printed, bundled by route, facing slips and paperwork completed, banded to postal spec.
Pick a drop date
Tell us when it should land — before a sale, a season or an event — and we work backwards from it.
We take it in
We deliver to the post office and send you the receipt. You get on with answering the phone.
Straight Answers
How much does it actually cost per household?
For EDDM at 2,500 pieces you're looking at roughly $0.46 a piece all-in — printing, prep and postage. Targeted mailings run higher because of list costs and first-class or standard postage rates. The exact number depends on size and quantity; the EDDM product page prices it live.
How long does the whole thing take?
Plan on about two weeks from artwork approval to in-home. Printing and prep is roughly a week; the USPS takes several days to actually deliver EDDM once it's dropped. Rush is possible on printing but not on the postal side.
Do I need a mailing permit?
Not for EDDM under our permit — we handle it. For ongoing targeted mailing at volume, having your own permit can save money, and we'll walk you through getting one.
Can I mail to businesses instead of homes?
Yes, but that's a targeted mailing rather than EDDM. EDDM residential routes are households; business lists have to be purchased and addressed individually.
What response should I expect?
Anyone who promises you a number is guessing. Local service businesses commonly see somewhere in the range of half a percent to two percent on a well-targeted offer, and repetition matters far more than any single drop. We'd rather help you mail the same route three times than mail three different routes once.
