It depends on the process, not on us being awkward. Screen printing starts at 12 pieces because that's where screens become worth burning. DTF has no minimum at all — one shirt is fine. Name tags, plaques and banners are one. Yard signs start at 10, and most promotional products have supplier minimums between 25 and 100.

Banners are 2–3 business days, most printing 4–7, apparel about 10. Rush is available on nearly everything. The important part: that clock starts when you approve the proof, not when you place the order — so approving quickly is the single biggest thing you control. Every builder on the site will tell you the actual in-hands date.

Yes. Design is $50 on banners, signs and stickers and $65 elsewhere, and it's a real designer rather than a template. If you have an old logo that only exists as a low-res JPG, we can redraw it as vector — usually $35–$75, one-off, and you keep the file.

Often, yes — customer-supplied garments are common. Two honest caveats: we can't guarantee a garment we didn't source, and if something goes wrong in production we can replace the printing but not your shirt. For that reason we usually ask for a couple of spares.

You will, whether you ask or not. Every custom order gets a digital proof and nothing goes into production until you approve it. For large or complicated apparel runs we can also do a press proof — one physical piece before the rest — for the cost of the piece.

If we got it wrong, we remake it. That's straightforward. If the proof you approved was wrong, we'll still help — usually at cost — but that's why the proof matters. Check spelling, phone numbers and dates especially; those are what people miss.
